1/4 cFrench brandy
3 cSugar
2 quartBerry juice

Blackberry Wine Preparation

Combine juice, water, and sugar, let stand 3 days in a cool place Skim well. Let stand to ferment 6 days longer. Remove froth and add brandy. Close tightly. In 2 days, draw off sediments.
