Delicious and easy pot roast for sandwiches or Sunday dinner
Whisk together soup mix, gravy mix, and beer in the bottom of a slow cooker. And chuck roast. Turn to coat. Cook on high for 5 hours. Then, cut beef into bite size pieces, or shred for sandwiches. Return beef to pot and stir together with the juices. Cook another hour or so on low. Serve on hard rolls as sandwiches or with mashed potatoes.
