1/2 tsSalt
1 cmilk
4 lgPotatoes; (2 1/2 lbs) peeled and Sliced 1/4" thick
1/4 tsPepper
2 tbGarlic; finely chopped
1 cHeavy cream
1/8 tsNutmeg
6 ozBlue cheese

Blue Cheese Potatoes Au Gratin Preparation

Combine potatoes, cream, milk, garlic, spices and 1/2 cheese. Simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in an 8" square buttered baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs.
