Original recipe makes 1 Servings
2 tbPaprika
2 tbParsley, chopped
3/4 cCreole or Dijon mustard
1/4 cOnion; chopped
1 cCottonseed or corn oil
1/2 cCelery hearts, finely
1 tsSugar
1 tsTabasco
2 tbKetchup (if not using creole
2 tbHorseradish (if not using

Remoulade Sauce a la Warren Leruth Preparation

and a third one from a wonderful restaurant, LeRuths, which unfortunately has been closed for some time now. Mix all ingredients together except oil. Drizzle in oil to make an emulsified sauce.
