| 1/4 cSour cream |
| 1/4 csauerkraut; Chopped and drained |
| 4 ozcorned beef; Sliced |
| 1/2 cSwiss cheese; Grated |
| 3 tbmilk |
| Rye crackers for dipping |
Reuben Dip Preparation
Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut in small sauce pan over low heat until hot, thin with milk if necessary. Serve with rye crackers.
