Recipe          
Original recipe makes 1 Recipe
1 cAM Blue Cornmeal
1 1/2 cWater
1/4 cAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 cFresh or frozen blueberries
2 tsNon-alum baking powder
1 cAM Unbleached White Flour
2 tsHoney (may be doubled)
1 tsVanilla
1/2 tsSea salt (optional)

Blue Corn Blueberry Muffins Preparation

Stir dry ingredients together. Combine liquid ingredients. Mix liquid and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Gently stir in blueberries. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
