"It was a big hit here. You do have to be careful with the directions when it says combine the first seven ingredients you want to skip over the cinnamon and 5 tablespoons of sugar in this step. It took 50 minutes to bake in a 9 X 13 pan. (I used 3.5 cups of blueberries instead of the 1 pint listed in the recipe. I think the orignal recipe would be ok, but wanted more blueberry flavor.) Blueberry Coffee Cake Preparation
Grease a 13"x9" or large tube or bundt pan. Mix first seven ingredients and set aside. Mix 5 T. sugar and 2 t. cinnamon and set aside. Layer 1/2 batter, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 cinnamon-sugar mixture and repeat. Bake at 350? for 30 min. to an hour, depending on the pan. Keep checking it.
