If you're in need of some healthy appetizers for parties, then give these Baked Mozzarella Sticks a try. They're a bit different than traditional deep fried mozzarella sticks but fear not as these are just as delicious. Hooray for healthy finger foods!
With a pastry blender, blend together the flour, baking powder, cheese and margarine.
Then, add water and mix everything into a paste. Form into strips with a cookie press.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
This recipe yields 28 3-inch cheese sticks. Serve hot or cold with salad or soup
