thanksgiving this year was just me & my bf in our studio apt. with no actual kitchen oven. toaster oven is huge but just not big nuff 4 a turkey so we dressed it & put in a big pan & put it on our gas grill which is much bigger with carrots onion & celery. after cutting off all the meat left we put it all in big crock pot covered with water cooked for 6 to 8 hours. strained twice and froze over 16 cups after making enough soup 2 feed us 4 days.
its not rocket surgery or... brain science? but def recomend roasting bird with lots of veggies and putting those in the stock 2:)
i straind mine once... best 2 do it twice & with a fine mesh strainer... TWICE!
