Rib-Sticking Ribs
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 2 tbRed wine vinegar |
| 1/2 tsPepper |
| 1 tbWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1 cn(6 oz) tomato paste |
| 1/4 cFrozen orange juice |
| 4 lbBoneless country-style ribs |
| 1 tbPrepared mustard |
| 1/2 cBrown sugar; packed |
Rib-Sticking Ribs Preparation
Cut ribs into serving portions. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by slow coals. Place ribs on grill; cover and cook about 20 minutes; turn ribs, cook, covered, 20 minutes more.
