| 4 ozShredded or crumbled cheese |
| 1/4 tsGarlic salt |
| CHEESE FILLING |
| 2 slSoft bread; torn into pieces |
| 1 cmilk |
| 1/2 lbGround lean pork |
| 1 Egg white; slightly beaten |
| 1/4 tsPepper |
| 1 lbGround beef or veal |
| 1/4 tsCelery salt |
| 1 tbWater |
| 1 tbWorcestershire Sauce |
| MEATLOAF |
| 3 slSoft bread; torn-small |
| 1 Egg yolk |
Ribbon Meatloaf Preparation
CHEESE FILLING: Combine egg white and water; toss lightly with bread crumbs and cheese. MEATLOAF: Heat oven to 350F degrees. Stir together bread and milk; mix in remaining ingredients except filling. Pat one half of meat mixture in greased loaf pan 9x9x3". Cover with cheese filling. Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes.
