1/2 cCelery; chopped
1 cncream of mushroom soup
1 pkFrozen Broccoli (pk)
2 tbOleo
1 cRice
1/2 lbPasteurized processed cheese
1 cncream of chicken soup

Rice and Broccoli Casserole Preparation

From: Gerald Edgerton Date: Sat, 18 May 1996 16:17:20 -0700 Servings: 6 Saute onion and celery in oleo until soft. Cook rice and broccoli sepa- rately according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together in a two-quart baking dish. Bake at 375 F. for 30 to 40 minutes. This may be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
