Original recipe makes 1
| 1 dsGround red pepper; (up to 2) |
| 1/2 cSour cream |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 1 cCheddar Cheese; grated |
| 3 cwhite rice; Cooked |
Rice Chantilly Preparation
Combine rice, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into a buttered, shallow 1 qt baking dish(I just spray with a little PAM). Top with remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Posted to EAT-L Digest 13 Sep 96 From: Patricia Moore
