This is the complete Casserole! It has meat, veggies (sort of), pasta and dairy. What more could you want? My grandkids, Nate and Megan, named it. This recipe has been in my family for years and years and until recently was known simply as the Big Casserole.
Brown hamburger meat along with onion. Drain liquid off. Prepare Egg Noodles according to directions on bag (I normally boil them for 10 minutes). Drain, also. In big pan add drained noodles and hamburger. Add to this mixture, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Tomato Soup and drained Corn. Now add 2 cups of your Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and mix well. Salt & Pepper to taste.
Spray a 9 x 13 glass pan with Pam. Pour meat mixture into glass pan. Sprinkle remaining cup of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese on top. Place in a 350(F) degree oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
Taste mixture before placing in pan. Don't be afraid to add plenty of Salt.
