Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. Grease a 8" square pan.
Toss rhubarb, sugar, 1/4 cup of flour and cinnamon together. Put into prepared pan.
Mix flour, brown sugar, rolled oats. Spread on top of rhubarb mix. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 30 min, longer if rhubarb was frozen. Good topped with ice cream.
