1/4 cVegetable oil
1 tbHoney
Seasoned salt; (to taste)
1 tbLime

Boston Market Chicken Marinade Preparation

Mix all 4 ingredients together and warm then in a small pan. Heat until honey becomes thin. Arrange 4 chicken breast halves skin side up in a pam-sprayed 9 inch square baking pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes, basting pieces in marinade every 10 minutes or until nicely browned. Immediately upon removeing from the oven seal the dish in foil and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #134 by The Overstreets on May 14, 1997
