Suggest a better description1. Boil the red beans in water for 10 minutes, drain and mash
2. Sautee the onions in olive oil with the garlic over medium high heat, about 5 minutes.
3. Add ground turkey, pepper, red pepper flakes, worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce until cooked, about 10 minutes
4. Mix in the mashed red beans
5. Fill the yellow pepper halves with the turkey bean mixture and top with a tablespoon of parmesan cheese per half.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes.
