1 smOnion; diced
3 Ice cubes
2 smCucumber; peeled and diced
1/4 cGolden raisins
1 tbdried mint; Crushed
Salt; to taste
2 Radishes; sliced thin
1 cCold water
1/4 cWalnuts; chopped
black pepper; freshly ground

Persian Cucumber-Yogurt Salad Preparation
