Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 cnTuna fish (9 1/2 oz.)
1 cSeasoned bread crumbs
2 pkFrozen broccoli (10 oz.)
1 cnCream celery soup,undiluted
1 Egg
3 tbMelted butter or margarine
2 cWater
Cheddar cheese strips

Bourbon Street Broccoli Preparation

Mix ingreds. together, blending well. Place mixture in individual ramekins and put cheese strips on top. Bake for about 1 hr. at 350 F. Sprinkle with additional bread crumbs, if desired. May also be made as casserole in single pyrex dish.
