Original recipe makes 1
1 tsCoarse salt
1/4 tsBasil
1/2 tspepper; Cracked
1/2 tsRosemary
1/4 tsOregano
2 tbolive oil
1/4 tsPaprika
1 racklamb

Roast Lamb Rack Preparation

Remove back bone from meat. Preheat oven to 400. Trim all fat. Trim meat from top & in between each bone. Crack at joint. Rub meat with oil. Sprinkle with seasonings & salt. Roast 30 minutes. Serve with Apple Mint Jelly. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
