1/2 cLime juice
1 whole clovegarlic
1 tbOnion flakes; (or 1 med)
1 Tbspsalt
1 tbOregano
1/2 lgGreen pepper

Roast Pork (Lechon) Preparation

Plug pork roast with garlic clove Combine other ingredients and merinate roast for at lease one hour. Brown pork roast in small amount of olive oil on all sides add about 2 inches of water and the remains of merinate cook covered until roast is done. or bake with merinate in over 325 degrees until done.
