Suggest a better descriptionTo a large bowl add sugar, yeast and warm water. Let stand for 15 minutes
Add Oil, Salt and Flour. Stir well until dough pulls away from the edge of the bowl. Turn out and knead dough until it is smooth and form into a ball.
Oil bowl lightly and place dough ball top down into bowl then turn over. Cover with a towel and let rise until double about 45 minutes. Punch down dough and let rise for another 15 minutes.
Turn out dough and cut into two balls. Roll into balls and wrap for later use or roll out to use immediately.
Best results from cooking on a pizza stone preheated at 500 degrees for at least 15 minutes. Turn down to 450 for cooking typically between 15 - 20 minutes.
