| 4 ouncesCream cheese |
| 3 Eggs |
| 2 tablespoonsStevia In The Raw |
| 1/2 teaspoonBaking powder |
| 1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspoonOnion powder |
| 1 tablespoonParsley flakes |
| 1/4 cupHeavy cream |
| 1/2 cupAlmond flour |
| 1/2 teaspoonsBaking soda |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
Oopsie Bread Tortillas Preparation
Beat cream cheese with mixer until blended smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until uniform.
Put parchment paper on microwave safe plate.
Spread thin layer of mixture on parchment paper to make an 8"-10" tortilla.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minute (depending on your microwave).
Remove and let cool.
Using spatula or butter knife, remove from parchment paper.
Repeat until mixture is used up.
Lightly toast each tortilla in a dry pan over medium heat.
Yield: approximately 20 tortillas
Notes
You may have to play around with the amount of time in the microwave as microwave heat varies depending on model.
