Roasted Guinea Hen
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 3 tbButter |
| 1 Onions; chopped |
| 1 lbSliced salt pork |
| 3 Hens |
| salt and pepper; to taste |
| 3 cChicken Stock |
Roasted Guinea Hen Preparation
Heat oven to 350. Clean, wash & truss hens & rub all over with butter. Place in roasting pan, sprinkle with salt, pepper & onion. Place pork in layers on breasts of hens & pour stock into pan.
