GTode 3 years agoThough the taste was not bad, this is not a real Peruvian Lomo Saltado, as the original has French fries instead of cooked cubed potatos, has no oregano and no red, yellow or green peppers and the tomatos must be wedges and not chopped. The use of jalapeños would be ok if no 'Aji Amarillo' (yellow Peruvian chile) can be found.
