Simple recipe to prepare delicious crab meat!!
In a 10 inch non-stick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat until only slightly melted. Add the crab meat, stirring gently, until it begins to brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drizzle with vinegar and serve immediately, while still sizzling.
The recipe can be halved and served as an appetizer. This dish is often served with, but not over, rice and is perfect with a green vegetable and a side salad.
