Original recipe makes 8 Servings
2 cmilk
4 slBread; (any kind)
1 lbLink sausages
1 cGrated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsDry mustard
1 dsPepper
6 Eggs
1 tsSalt

Breakfast Casserole #3 Preparation

Tear up bread and place pieces in greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inches). Brown and drain sausage in skillet. Cut sausage in pieces and scatter over bread. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes. Can prepare and refrigerate (before baking) up to 24 hours in advance. Serves 6 to 8. Can double for more guests. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 375 by "Diane Geary" on Dec 16, 1997
