Suggest a better description1. Place fish on a foil lined baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Mix olive oil and all spices in a med. bowl. Brush fish with 1 TBS of the seasoned oil.
2. Stir spinach, bread crumbs, bell pepper and parmesan into remaining seasoned oil. Divide mixture evenly among fillets, pressing lightly so mixture adheres to the fish.
2. Bake in preheated 400 F oven 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
