Easy prep!
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or large skillet.
Add broccoli and cook and stir until the broccoli just starts to turn tender.
Remove broccoli from pan.
Add remainder of oil and chicken to pan.
Cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink.
Return broccoli to pan with chicken.
Add teriyaki sauce and stir until mixed and hot.
Serve over rice.
