Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1/2 lbMuenster cheese
1/2 ptWhipping cream
1 lgBag frozen broccoli
1/2 lbMozzarella cheese
1/2 lbCheddar cheese
3 Eggs
2 Deep dish pie shells

Broccoli Cheese Quiche Preparation

Semi cook broccoli according to directions. Cube cheeses. In bottom of pie shells, arrange broccoli and cheeses. Mix eggs and cream until foamy. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary" on Feb 22, 1998
