Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tbButter or margarine
3 cRice; Cooked
1 cn1-quart canning jars
1/2 cOnion; diced
1 pk(10 Oz.) frozen chopped
Paprika
1 cnCream of mushroom soup
1 Jar; (8 Oz.) Processed
1/2 cCelery; diced (optional)

Broccoli, Rice and Cheese Casserole Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix with soups, cheese, broccoli and 1 cup of the rice. Grease a large casserole dish and line with remaining rice. Add broccoli mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings. Note: If you want to make this into a main dish, mix in 2 to 3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary" on Feb 22, 1998
