Roselands Cornflake Cookies Preparation

From: "Beth J. Katcher" Date: 30 Jun 1995 08:58:38 -0500 Okay, this doesnt use up much of your cereal, but it does taste great! Cream butter and sugar, add egg and cream again. Add flour, baking powder and mixed fruit. Mix well. Roll teaspoonfuls in lightly crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
