Suggest a better descriptionCut chicken into bite sized pieces. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. Remove chicken. Add garlic powder, ginger, pepper, apple juice, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, water and soy sauce.
Stir over medium heat until well mixed and dissolved. Add chicken and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
