Rosemary Turkey Salad
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 2 Servings
| 1/4 cLow Cal. Mayonnaise |
| 2 lgLeaf Lettuce Leaves |
| 1 tbFresh Rosemary Leaves |
| 1/8 tsWhite pepper |
| 1 lgGranny Smith Apple OR |
| Red Bartlett Pear, Cored |
| 1 cAlfalfa Sprouts |
| 1 1/2 cCooked Turkey |
| And Shredded |
| 1/4 cChopped fresh parsley |
Rosemary Turkey Salad Preparation
Combine Mayonnaise, Parsley, Rosemary & Pepper. Add Turkey & Apple. Toss Gently. Cover & Chill Until Ready To Serve. Place Lettuce Leaves On Individual Serving Plates. Top Each With 1/2 C. Alfalfa Sprouts. Spoon Half Of Turkey Mixture Onto Each Plate & Serve Immediately. (Fat 11.2. Chol. 68.)
