A great snack and easy to make. Just remember to soak the Thermomix bowl immediately afterwards or you will have a hell of a cleaning job.
Melt the butter and paint one side of the bread. Grill that side until it is golden brown.
Whilst that is happening, place the other ingredients in the thermomix and chop for 3 seconds speed 10.
Cook for 5 minutes / Speed 4 / 90 degrees
Paint the mixture onto the uncooked side of the bread and then grill that side until golden and melted.
