6 cmilk
2 tbSalad oil
6 cWater
1 tsSalt
20 ozFrozen chopped brocolli
1 lbVelvetta cheese
6 Chicken bouillon cubes
8 ozThin egg noodles
1/8 tsGarlic; minced
3/4 cOnions; chopped

Brocolli Cheese Noodle Soup Preparation

In a large pan, heat oil, add onions and saute over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon. Heat to boiling. Add noodles and salt. Cook uncovered 3 minutes. Stir in brocolli and garlic.
