"WOW! Great recipe! My family loved it. Only thing I would do differently is to dip the potatoes in the mixture before putting them on the baking sheet. Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 mdPotatoes; diagonally sliced
1/8 tsPepper
2 tbMargarine; or butter, melted
1/2 tsPaprika
OR romano cheese
1/4 cGrated parmesan
1 tsDried basil; crushed
1/4 tsGarlic powder

Broiled Parmesan Potatoes (Oregon) Preparation

Stir together margarine or butter basil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Place potato slices in a single layer on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Brush margarine mixture over both sides of potato slices. Broil about 5-inches from the heat for 8 to 9 minutes until potatoes begin to brown. Turn potatoes, using a wide spatula.
