Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter, add lemon juice and Italian Seasoning. Put in baking dish. Dip fillets in buttermilk, then in bread crumbs, just enough to coat each side. Place in baking dish on butter mixture. Bake at 350(F) degrees for 20-25 minutes. Turn fillet halfway through baking, if desired.
