Suggest a better descriptionBrown beef and drain; add onion, salt, pepper, 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning and 6 ounces of tomato paste and blend well. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place in un-greased 9 inch deep dish pie plate and press to make a crust. Turn meat mixture out into the unbaked crust and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with sauce.
To make sauce, combine remaining 6 ounces of tomato paste, butter, water and 1/4 teaspoon of italian seasoning. Heat thoroughly and spoon over individual servings.
