Mix livers with horseradish mustard. Wrap each bacon strip around a piece of liver and a water chestnut half. Secure with a toothpick. Broil, turning frequently, until bacon is crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes. NOTE: Use round wooden toothpicks for this recipe. Flat toothpicks may char during broiling.
