"Very good, quick and easy. When I tasted it before serving it was a little bland. I didn't have Italian diced tomatoes, maybe that's why. I had already doubled the thyme so I added Worcestershire sauce. The next time I make this I will double the garlic, and maybe marinate the fish in lime juice, and add chicken broth. "

Ingredients
| 1 tbolive oil |
| 1/2 cOnions; chopped |
| 3 large clovesgarlic; minced |
| 1/2 tsDried thyme leaves |
| 1 smallSm zucchini; cut in 1/4 inch Dice (about 1 cup) |
| 1 Red bell pepper; cut in 1/4 Inch dice, (about 1 cup) |
| Salt, pepper |
| 1 lbTilapia fillets; cut in 8 pc |
| 1 cClam juice |
| 1 cDry white wine |
| 1 14.5-oz canDiced tomatoes; italian-style |
Rustic Fish Stew Preparation
Heat oil in a large, non-stick skillet. Saute onion and garlic over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, until just starting to soften. Add bell pepper, succhini, thyme, salt and pepper; saute 3 minutes longer. Add tomatoes with their juice, clam juice and wine. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add fish fillets and simmer 3-5 minutes, until fish is cooked through. Serve in shallow soup bowls with crusty bread. Columbus Ledger-Enquirer
