Ruthies Frozen Fruit Smoothie
Original recipe makes 1
| Flavored yogurt; peach, vanilla, lemon etc |
| milk |
| Frozen raspberries |
| Chocolate syrup |
| Frozen banana; sliced into 1/2" rounds |
| Frozen blueberries |
| For the flavoring, choose one from below |
| For the fruit, choose a mix from below: |
| Frozen peach slices |
| vanilla extract |
| Orange juice |
| Frozen strawberries |
| Sugar; to taste |
| Vanilla extract |
| For the liquid, choose one from below |
Ruthies Frozen Fruit Smoothie Preparation
In a blender combine the fruit with the sugar, the chosen flavoring and enough of the chosen liquid to barely cover the fruit. Blend until smooth. Taste to adjust seasoning.
