1 tbSugar
1 cButtermilk
1 tbSage; chopped finely
1 lgEgg
2 Cloves garlic; finely minced
1 tbBaking Powder
3 cAll purpose flour
1 tsSalt

Sage and Garlic Flatbread Preparation

Directions: Combine the dry ingredients and stir in the liquid ingredients. Add the sage and garlic. Mix until a stiff dough develops. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly. Pat or roll the dough into a form that is about 1/2-inch thick. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
