Suggest a better description1. Clean the chicken and remove the giblets.
2. Put chopped onion and baby carrots in bottom of crockpot. Add the chicken atop.
3. Sprinkle the spices on top of the chicken.
4. Throw in carrots.
5. Cook on high for first hour, then low for 4-5 hours, depending on your crockpot. (Mine took about 5 hours total)
