10 sl French bread baguette;
1 tb Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 tb Chopped red onion
1 1/2 ts Capers
1/4 ts Balsamic vinegar
2 c Minced plum tomato; about
1/8 ts Pepper
1 tb Chopped fresh basil
2 tb Chopped kalamata olives

Original recipe makes 10 Servings



1. Combine all the ingredients except French bread; cover and let stand 30 minutes. Drain the tomato mixture. Top each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of tomato mixture. Yield: 10 servings.
