For the Crust:
Any combination of nuts/seeds can be used (cashews, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds). Blend all ingredients in a food processor until ball shape forms. Press into spring form pan or round pan lined with wax paper. Put in freezer while making the filling.
For the Filling:
Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Taste to test sweetness and richness. Spread over crust. Place in freezer for at least one hour. Remove a few minutes before serving.
