1 3/4 cFlour
1 Bottle beer
6 mdOnions
1 1/2 tsBaking Powder
1/4 tsSalt

Buffys Walla Walla Sweet Onion Rings Preparation

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Mix beer and egg. Add dry ingredients gently to the beer-egg mixture. Stir to blend. Slice onions 1/4 inch thick and separate into rings. Dip onion rings in batter. Fry 2 to 3 minutes in hot oil. Drain. Keep warm in a 250f degree oven.
