Seasoned sweet potato wedges
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Wash potatoes and pat dry with paper towels. Leave skins on. Slice in French fry like wedges about 1/2" thick. Toss in olive oil then remaining seasonings. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet.
Bake 450' for 15-20 min turning 1/2 way.
