Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 1/3 colive oil |
| 2 tbDijon mustard |
| 2 tbPignolias; toasted |
| Salt and pepper |
| 1 Bunch roquette or arrugula |
| 2 tbRed wine vinegar |
| 1/2 tsTarragon |
| 1 Head Red Leaf lettuce |
Salade De Roquette Preparation
