Original recipe makes 10 Servings
2 Tomatoes; diced
1/2 cOnion; chopped
1 tsSalt
2 cSalami; chopped
12 Eggs; slightly beaten
1/4 tsPepper
17 ozCorn, whole kernel; drained
1/2 cPepper, green; diced

Salami-Corn Casserole Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Pour into a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
